Black Helmet in the Shape of a Cloaked Robot (Screen)

EXHIBITIONの天明屋尚個展「形質転換」を参照。

尾形光琳作「紅白梅図屏風」中央の川を横位置に変換し、さらに反転させロボットのマントに見立てた。「紅白梅図屏風」の解釈は諸説あるが、その一つを採用しロボットとして象徴的に表現。

The river in the center of Korin Ogata's “Red and White Plum Folding Screen“ is converted to a horizontal position and then inverted to resemble a robot cloak. There are various theories about the interpretation of “Red and White Plum Folding Screen“, but one of them is adopted and symbolically expressed as a robot.
